We are working alongside a well-established, leading and award-winning international commercial law firm who are looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their highly successful commercial litigation team in Liverpool.

Their clients operate in diverse industry sectors such as transport and logistics and international trade, through to retail, insurance, marine, health, education, manufacturing, public sector and banking and financial services.
The team act for corporate clients in relation to complex litigation both in the UK and internationally, helping them tackle disputes effectively. The successful candidate will assist with a varied caseload from inception to conclusion.
Whilst primarily based in the Liverpool Office theywould expect you to assist clients from across the offices of the firm.
Main duties:
Client liaison in person, in writing and over the telephoneCommunicate with clients, litigants in person, solicitors, counsel, courts and all other interested partiesDrafting and proofing documentsInstructing Counsel and expertsPreparation of reports to clientsNegotiationBusiness development including preparation of articles and insightsUndertake appropriate additional tasks provided by the other members of the teamMay be asked to go on secondment to support our client relationships
About you
- 1-2 years PQE
- Broad commercial litigation expeirance
- Excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise and manage tasks within set timeframes.
- A commercial, solution-driven and client-focused approach
